SOSIALISASI PENTINGNYA MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN PADA ANAK-ANAK PANTI ASUHAN MUTIARA KASIH PALEMBANG

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide socialization about the importance of motivation and discipline for children at the Mutiara Kasih Palembang Orphanage. This Community Service Activity is Accidental, lasting one day. The technique of implementing the activity uses the socialization method. Several stages in this community service activity include: Situation Analysis and Communication, Socialization Activities (core stage) and Evaluation Activities. The results of this activity concluded that this socialization activity had a positive impact on providing enlightenment about the importance of motivation and discipline in learning for children at the Mutiara Kasih Orphanage. Through this activity it is also known that there are several factors that can influence the discipline and motivation of learning for children at the Mutiara Kasih Orphanage, such as the existence of equipment and supplies that support learning activities and the role of companions or caregivers.
