THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at TUKU'oKOPI Banjarmasin. The population in this study was 31 employees. The research sample used the saturated sample method. This research uses a quantitative approach, data for this research was obtained through questionnaires that were filled in by selected respondents. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, compensation and work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance at TUKU'oKOPI Banjarmasin.
