THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at UD. Jaya Makmur Perkasa Banjarmasin. This study is a case study with quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of UD. Jaya Makmur Perkasa Banjarmasin, which amounted to 33 people. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear analysis using statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that compensation and motivation have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance.
